March 16, 2020
I am now working completely alone, beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. I will do everything I can to help you with any questions and with any needs relating to my office. As of 3/20/2020, the entire County Building was closed to public access.
I encourage E-recording-but all forms of delivery submission, USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. will be accepted.
Our online researching capabilities are state of the art, but should you need documents which are unavailable online, just reach out to the office.
During this time, PLEASE CALL me with any questions at 989-832-6820.
Documents can be sent to: Register of Deeds, 220 W. Ellsworth St. Midland, MI 48640.
I remain vigilant and dedicated to serving all of Midland County's recording needs, today and every day in the future. I will be busy working for you, only I will be doing it behind closed doors until further notice.
I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, but I feel certain you will understand my limitations in the face of this public health crisis.
