Clinics for 1st, 2nd or Booster Vaccination doses are held at the Midland County Department of Public Health, located in the Midland County Services Building - 2nd floor, 220 W Ellsworth St, Midland, MI 48640. To reduce wait times, please make an appointment online or call us for assistance. Pfizer, Moderna and J & J vaccine are available. No out-of-pocket cost! *Additional times may be available by appointment only. We will accept Walk-ins on a case-by-case basis but due to time constraints we cannot guarantee individuals will be seen that day.
We can vaccinate anyone 6 months and older who needs a 1st or 2nd or booster dose. Please bring your vaccination card if this is a 2nd or a booster dose.
There will be appointment slots held for people without internet access. We ask those with internet access to please utilize our sign up link to schedule a vaccination appointment.
Please wear a mask to all of our vaccination clinics.
Attention – important notice regarding COVID-19 clinics for ages 6 months -11 years
A reminder to parents of children ages 6 months - 11 years who receive their COVID-19 vaccination at the health department. The health department requires that a parent/legal guardian accompany their child AND sign a consent for vaccination. No child will be vaccinated unless these conditions are met. Thank you.
