Vaccination Clinic Sign Up

COVID-19 vaccine eligibility expanded on April 5, 2021 to include ALL communinty members. MCDPH will also continue vaccinating people who were part of previous vaccination groups (people age 65 and better, frontline medical workers, and school personnel). 

Vaccination appointments are for people who live or work in Midland County.

Upcoming first dose vaccination clinics: 

Beginning Tuesday, June 8th, Midland County Department of Public Health will hold weekly walk-in clinics.  These clinics will occur every Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Midland County Department of Public Health on the clinic side.  We are located in the Midland County Services Building - 2nd floor, 220 W Ellsworth St, Midland, MI 48640.  Moderna and J & J vaccine are available.  No appointment necessary and no out-of-pocket cost!  *Additional hours may be availalbe by appointment only.

Every Tuesday in August, we will be offering the Pfizer vaccine from 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  We encourage you to make an appointment online, but if you are unable to schedule, we will also accept walk ins.  We can vaccinate anyone 12 years and older that needs a 1st or 2nd dose.  Please bring your vaccination card if this is a 2nd dose.  Register at the link below.

There will be appointment slots held for people without internet access. We ask those with internet access to please utilize our sign up link to schedule a vaccination appointment.
