COVID-19 vaccine eligibility expanded on April 5, 2021 to include ALL community members. MCDPH will also continue vaccinating people who were part of previous vaccination groups (people age 65 and better, frontline medical workers, and school personnel).
Vaccination appointments are for people who live or work in Midland County.
Midland County Department of Public Health will continue to hold weekly walk-in or by appointment clinics every Tuesday in November and December from 10 am - 4:30 pm.
By appointment clinics in November will be every Friday from 10 am - 2 pm.
By appointment clinics in December will be on the following Fridays:
December 3rd 10 am - 1 pm
December 10th 10 am - 2 pm
December 17th 10 am - 2 pm
*We will be closed on December 24, 25, 28, 30 and 31
Clinics will be held at the Midland County Department of Public Health on the clinic side. We are located in the Midland County Services Building - 2nd floor, 220 W Ellsworth St, Midland, MI 48640. We encourage you to make an appointment online, but if you are unable to schedule, we will also accept walk ins. Pfizer, Moderna and J & J vaccine are available. No out-of-pocket cost! *Additional times may be available by appointment only.
We can vaccinate anyone 5 years and older that needs a 1st or 2nd dose. Please bring your vaccination card if this is a 2nd dose. Register at the link below.

There will be appointment slots held for people without internet access. We ask those with internet access to please utilize our sign up link to schedule a vaccination appointment.
