Clinics for 1st, 2nd or Booster Vaccination doses are held at the Midland County Department of Public Health, located in the Midland County Services Building - 2nd floor, 220 W Ellsworth St, Midland, MI 48640. We encourage you to make an appointment online, but if you are unable to schedule, we will also accept walk-ins. Pfizer, Moderna and J & J vaccine are available. No out-of-pocket cost! *Additional times may be available by appointment only.
We can vaccinate anyone 5 years and older who needs a 1st or 2nd dose. Please bring your vaccination card if this is a 2nd dose.
There will be appointment slots held for people without internet access. We ask those with internet access to please utilize our sign up link to schedule a vaccination appointment.
Please wear a mask to all of our vaccination clinics.
Attention – important notice regarding COVID-19 clinics for ages 5-11
A reminder to parents of children ages 5-11 who receive their COVID-19 vaccination at the health department. The health department requires that a parent/legal guardian accompany their child AND sign a consent for vaccination. No child will be vaccinated unless these conditions are met. Thank you.
